Adtech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Arlington, VA to provide exceptional support to our customer.
The Information Manager will be part of a team in the Building Partner Capacity directorate for a Department of Defense customer.
The team designs methodologies and manages Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) activities of security cooperation programs.
This includes security cooperation programs that build partner nations’ capacity to conduct counterterrorism, counter-narcotics, and other security operations.
Create and maintain secure and easily retrievable electronic files on counterterrorism (CT) and other security cooperation (SC) programs.
• Manage files and collaborative sites on both the NIPR and SIPR networks.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements:
Five (5) years of relevant experience creating and managing electronic record systems.
Record management laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures
Prinicples of record and information management
Complete records process and content management framework that supports the entire life cycle of agency records
**High proficiency in SharePoint, MS Access, MS Excel, and quantitative methods to assess program effectiveness
**Must possess a Top Secret clearance and be eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Management, Records Management, Library Sciences or Business Administration and five to seven years of related experience in records management program.
